1

Is it bringing in leads?

No leads = no job. A website that looks gorgeous but never delivers enquiries is like a sales rep who spends the whole day fixing their hair in the mirror.
2

Does it turn up on time?

A slow site is the employee who’s always “just five minutes late.” Except those five seconds cost you customers.
3

Can it find the stapler?

If people can’t figure out where to click, they’ll leave. A confusing site is basically an intern wandering the office asking, “Where’s the bathroom again?”
4

Does it look the part?

If your site looks like it’s from 2008, people will assume your business is too. That’s the digital equivalent of showing up to a client meeting in cargo shorts.
5

Can you measure its performance?

No metrics = no accountability. If you don’t know how many leads it generates, you’re basically paying someone who never submits timesheets.
