  • Payment must clear before Goods are dispatched.

5. Subscriptions

• • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • You can cancel via your Account or by contacting us. No refunds are given for partially used subscription periods.
  • If we change fees, we’ll give you notice before renewal.

6. Returns & Refunds

• • You may return Goods in line with our Returns Policy.
  • Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within the specified time.
  • Certain Goods (personalised, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or digital content) cannot be returned.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving eligible returns.
