Our relationship with Electric Pencil started in 2015. At that stage, our company had dealt with three previous marketing and website design companies who just didn’t get our concept, or the look and feel that we were trying to achieve.

Our first website was hosted by a different company, and they went through a series of updates that crashed our site. It was completely irretrievable, and we had no other option than to start from scratch.

We turned to Electric Pencil to design and create a new website that would be easy for us to update inhouse, and most importantly – one that accurately followed our corporate identity. It is hard to illustrate a design image inside your head to somebody who is not in your industry, and before we were introduced to Electric Pencil, we were beyond frustrated with the concepts we were being presented with.

They literally nailed it after ONE meeting. I couldn’t believe it when I was presented with a draft web design that only needed a few tweaks to perfect. They used the WordPress content management system to design our website which enabled us to take ownership of it and make instant in-house updates and changes.
To safeguard our new website from any further technical issues or crashes, we moved our hosting to Electric Pencil’s cloud server, and since then, we haven’t had a single minute downtime.
